Gackt however had other ideas.
“What would you say if we don't leave?” Gackt asked as they walked by a large lake which was home to some sort of mammal/bird hydrid.
“What ever?” You asked.
“No. For like another month.” Gackt explained. “I've been offered the chance to go on tour. To share my findings to large audience. Really make my name as a biologist. It's an amazing opportunity.”
“But what about your fans back on earth?” You demanded though really he just wanted to go home. This planet was nice but he'd had enough, missing his family and friends and just fitting in with the crowd.
“They can wait a month. They waited longer when I filmed Moon Child.” Gackt pointed out and You pouted.
“I kind of want to go home but if you're here I’ll stay.” You replied honestly knowing there was no point lying to Gackt.
“You could go home on your own. Sugizo is sick of here too.” Gackt replied. “He's been having such a hard time. Teased for crashing that ship when really, and don't ever tell him I admitted this, it was sort of my fault.”

Relationships were about compromises and sacrifice but as long as they were both willing to give into the others demands then it would work. How could they not be great lovers when they had been such great friends?
