progress continues! \o/
um...never got to the walking. been too lazy. i am trying to walk a little more. my whole issue with walking is that my back starts to hurt which leads to spasms. my back problems are not as severe as they were before where standing and walking for even 15 minutes would cause spasms. and like, if i didn't get a seat on the bus and train, by the time i got to work my back was killing me from making sure i stayed upright. the jolting on the train is really not that bad - but a bad back won't take it very well at all. i do need to get to a chiroprachter again since my neck is starting to give me more problems again.
anyway, i lost another 2 lbs even though i cheated a little when i had the shrimp cocktail. i also had ceviche with tostadas - the tostadas are a no-no since they are greasy.
start: 200.4 lbs
last week: 190.2 lbs
now: 188.6 lbs
eta: i actually lost about 1 1/2 lbs. adjusted the "now"
