What is a bigbang?
There are many different types of bigbangs, all varying slightly, but generally a bigbang is a process in which authors write long fics (10,000 or 20,000 words) and artists make art/fanmixes for them.

I have a question! I was wondering if Vampire Slayers could be main characters. I mean, they're not vampires themselves, but they would clearly be surrounded by vampires quite a lot and the story would revolve around such vampires. Like, if I wanted to write a fic about Buffy or Faith or another Slayer dusting vampires left and right, is that allowed?

No, because the vampires aren't the main focus on the fic. Now if the slayer was in a relationship with a vampire and it was focused on them then that would be allowed.

I have a question. Maybe a dumb one? When we post a fic are we doing it here or in our own journal and then linking here?

You will be posting to your own journal and linking back here.

God, THANK YOU!!! I wish more Big Bangs would do it this way. It's a pain to be forced to post a fic that won't fit into one post directly to the comm, and then have to wait until the first post is approved by a mod to post the second one. Blah!

We don't place any restrictions on what is too "adult" for someone to write. But please remember that not everyone will feel comfortable reading it, so everything should contain the proper warnings. :D
