Lupercalia lamb chops.

I marinated them in lemon, garlic, and oragano for an hour or so. Then I placed them in a lightly oiled pan to sear two minutes on each side.

I made a yogurt sauce out of yogurt (which I allowed to thicken by wrapping it in a bundle of paper towels, tying off the top, and letting it drip), lemon juice, a tablespoon of oil, a teaspoon of fresh mint, a teaspoon of dill, and a few cloves of chopped garlic.

Wow. They were delicious.
