Back At JMU

I'm now all moved in to my new apartment. If you want to visit me I'm in The Mill at 29-G. w00t w00t! I love love love this new apartment. It's great! We have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living/dining room area *great for wild parties* ;-), a great big kitchen, and a huge laundry room *which we have already dubbed "The Keg Room"*. I had a great time yesterday hanging up all kinds of stuff on my walls. I still have one wall dedicated to my Orlando Bloom love. I'm keepin it strong. I've got the area above my closet as my "NASCAR love" section, full of Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Khane. Beside the closet I made this huge collage of pictures of children from the preschool and in the middle is the card that they made me saying goodbye. It's adorable! Behind my door is the "music love" section and I've got a lot of BSB stuff hanging up, and some Clay Aiken, Nick Carter, Josh Groban, and Kelly Clarkson. I've got my Harry Potter poster up *cause damn that's a fine lookin 16 year old* ;-) I've got my inspirational Yoda picture above the computer. Then I've got other random assorted things hangin on the wall behind my computer. Right beside my computer is the area that I've dedicated to "Nicole love" where I've hung up pictures people have colored for me, letters people have written me, cards, and other fun stuff like that. And right above my bed is my Star Wars poster and the poem that Will wrote for me for Valentine's Day last year! YAY! It's kinda hard to see the walls now, but I had a marvelous time fixing my room up and I can't wait for everyone else to see it! I've got a surprise for Hillary on my BSB love wall! Mwahahahahahahahahaha. I've been fairly productive since I've been here. Yesterday I had a job interview at 10:00. I walked to campus from here and met with my future boss. It wasn't really an interview, more of her saying, "when do you want to come in and work." So YAY for me getting a job. I start Tuesday. It's the easiest job in the world too! I just make copies! It's only 7 hours a week though. I wish I could have found a job with more hours! After the interview I spent the rest of yesterday cleaning the apartment and putting things up and fixing my room. Today I've been very productive. I got up and decided to take a bubble bath, which was fun...but I kept thinking about what would happen if the tub fell through the floor into the apartment underneath me! eek! Then I made myself a delicious breakfast of eggs and sausage and bread! Holla! I did the dishes and took out the trash and then walked up to campus. I paid JMU $900 this morning out of the bazillion that I owe them. Then I went to UREC and jogged. It's so much easier to jog on the nice air conditioned track than run up and down my driveway and Scotts Crossroads. I actually jogged a mile and a half today! I was so proud. Then I came back to my apartment and called the people at Biolife to see if I could donate plasma. They gave me an appointment for 2:00 so I went and they got all my information and I had to read a bunch of stuff and it took about 45 minutes. And then I finally got to go in the exam room and they prick your finger first and check your blood. And it turns out I'm low in iron so they wouldn't let me donate. What a fun way to waste an hour. But it's not too bad. I went to Wal-Mart and bought some iron pills so I can call next week and hopefully make an appointment and be able to donate then. Tehehe. I'm ready for everyone else to get here. I'm starting to get bored. :-/ Will is coming Saturday! I can't wait!!! I miss my Chase City homies though. There definitely should have been more nights of swinging and pretend slashing tires! mwahahahaah! I can't wait to see all my friends again!!! :-D
