I hate my doctors.

The uni is currently bugging me to get a new sick note - my last one ran out on 1st March.
I tried for days to call (kept hitting receptionists lunch break) then gave up on the phone to go in. Was told that there were no bookable appointments and I have to call up on 8:30 in the morning on the day I want an appointment.
Today, being the first day I am actually in Didcot, I call up. Busy, busy, busy and when I got through "sorry all the appointments are gone, you need to call at 8:30 on the next day you are free to get one.
I explain the problem (which takes a shocking amount of time because she can't seem to grasp that sick note for work and sick note for ESA mean I need two letters because the ESA ppl don't post the note back). She offers me an appointment on Tuesday, I say that will be lovely but it will have to be a phone appointment as I have a hospital appointment in Reading.
Ah. As my doctor is on maternity leave, for another doctor to write a note they will have to physically see me (depression and chronic pain leave tell-tale physical signs) before they will sign me off. I should call first thing on the next day I'm free for appointments and hopefully they won't all have gone.
*headdesk*
this is not a way to run a service. x2 when one of my main symptoms are anxiety around using phones and difficulty waking up. x10 when you are the only people monitoring my fragile broken mental health and are supposed to be seeing me weekly if you were doing your actual job.
