Band: Shape of Despair
Album: Angels of Distress
Comments: I listened to this album in the car, and I suddenly felt a wetness seeping from my sleeves unto the wheel. I was only halfway through the 2nd track when I realized that my wrists had slit themselves. Either the album was trying to kill me, or this is just a natural reaction to hearing the album. Anyway, my body quickly realized that I couldn't die until I saw Sonata Arctica live, so the wounds closed up and I continued to enjoy what is quickly becoming my new favorite band. Sorry I survived this album, Shape of Despair; perhaps you will have better luck next time.
