The abridged version..
Okay, I just wrote a whole bunch about my labor and birth and everything, but just as I was nearly done, the computer just suddenly turned off. Granted my foot touched the wire (just barely) and the plug fell out of the wall.
Okay so here goes...the shortened shortened version.....
Saturday Sept 27, I started getting contractions. Lasted all day long. Around 6pm they started getting regular--5 min apart. At 930pm I called the doc and then went the the hospital.
Had contractions all night long. THey got painful. Around 3am the nurse gives me something to sleep. I still wasn't dialated.
AT 6am my water starts leaking. Nusre checks me and I'm 5 cm dialated. AT 9am my water breaks completely and I'm 8cm. AT 10am I'm fully dialated and have to start pushing. Johnette and my parents were there. My dad went into the waiting room.
After what seems like forever Dr. Sunshine gives me an episiotomy and as soon as he cuts me tells me to look down cuz I wasn't goingto want to miss this. JAsmine finally made her enterance into the world at 1:23pm Sunday, Sept 28.
She cried only a little, but stopped when she was being held by me. After the nurse took her away to clean her up, she screamed. I fell asleep then.
Jasmine Victoria Bouchard was 7lbs 5oz and 20 in long. She has a full head of dark hair. (black at birth, but it's just dark brown now.) Currently has blue eyes, but we'll see if they change color later on. She's absolutely beautiful. Her fater helped created a beautiful child, I'll give him that. She looks alot like him.
Had a baby shower not even a week after I get out of the hospital. I'm glad my sister told me when cuz I wouldn't have known. I knew I was getting one, just didnt' expect it soo soon. It would have been nice it I could have been able to rest up a bit before it happened...
My mother wants me to do things her way, yet, wants to do nothing but coo over her. I couldnt' even get her to watch er so I could take a friggen shower. Since I've been at my parents house(8days) I've only been able to take 2 showers. And that's only cuz my grandmother from next door watched her so I could "have a little break."
I live in Springvale now and don't have the internet. I'm at my sister's right now. Earlier today I went to WAlly world to pick up mmy check and then to DHS to get JAsmine on my Maine Care ins.
I'm hoping that Josh and Brandy are home, cuz I want to stop by there before I go home tonight. I want to make sure that they'll be home on sat so I cn stop by there after I goto Juctice's b-day party (he's a year old). And I'm hoping that I'll be able to see NAte then too.
I dont' know when I'll be online next so for those that would like to get in touch with me my number is 490-3964. Don't call past 8pm, my parents go to bed then and won't allow me to get calls then.
