Do people send each other snail mail chain letters?
My promotion kicks in today with the person I am replacing having worked their last day yesterday. At the moment I am doing both our jobs plus extra merchandise duties, so pretty busy! In related news I'll be in Belfast for UFC 72 which will involve me driving to Scotland with a van of stock and then taking the Ferry across to Northern Ireland! All this on the weekend of ChickFight 9 - damn.

We are in London on Sunday to meet Mum and Roger very briefly and then I shall take a trip to Forbidden Planet which is much bigger now it is on Shaftsburry Avenue - geek heaven but I like it! Mum and Roger will also be up for the second bank holiday n May.

No more OC - strange last episode but it never recovered from the loss of Marissa, though it never really sustained the quality of season 1, with Marissa's lesbian episodes being a prime example of stupid soryines.
At least Heroes has returned though I haven't watched episode 19 yet, that'll wait till Saturday. Friday Night Lights has finished and was really good - as much as I'd like a 2nd season I'm not sure there's much more they can cover. On the other hand I'd love Veronica Mars to be continued, not sure where that's at - it returns to continue this season next week is all I know.

This Saturday I'll be hoping to buy tickets to McFly who are playing at Wembley on the 6th December - our 4th wedding anniversary. Denise's favourite band and I'm liking them more these days - they are a great live band that's for sure.
I didn't get Bon Jovi tickets as they all went to O2 customers who got special pre-sale options with the concert being at the O2 Arena. I looked on ebay but prices were way too high. Also on the ticket frnt I'm still waiting for the ticket emails to be sent out about the Dolphins v Giants game in October at Wembley - fingers crossed I get the opportunity to buy tickets.
