My ankles didn't really stop hurting until around Saturday, so I only ran one day last week.
I was going to run this morning but decided to hook up the Wii Fit instead. It's not really a weight loss tool, more a toning and general fitness aid. However I got Laura a more energetic EA thing which I've yet to have a serious go at, so I might try that. I hadn't used Wii Fit since last September and was rather annoyed to note that I have put on 6 pounds since then. Urgh. I want to get down to at least 10 1/2 stone.
Seeing as running every morning has resulted in sore ankles that take days to get better I may ditch that idea. I may go for a running Monday, Wednesay, Friday set up and, if the EA game thing proves good once I get into the rhythm of it, do that on the alternate days.
Weekend was good. Went to Nottingham with Laura on Saturday and had lunch with people we haven't seen in while. They are getting married in late December so we could talk weddings. Sunday was mostly lazing about, and Monday was going to the cinema to see Iron Man 2 (thoroughly enjoyable).
Laura and I have now set up a seperate account for wedding funds. Once the account details arrive we can start pooling money into it and set up some sort of budget. It's all go!
