It came to my attention early in my arrival here that the City has a great lack of performances. No plays, no concerts, nothing. This complete lack of culture is quite disturbing really. And that was when the Doctor came up with a brilliant idea.

He has read my books and believes that I should hold a concert here

One fellow today was speaking of this place as a form of Hell. Why not a requiem mass.
