I ask all of my friends on LJ to please help a friend of mine's sister....in any way you can....if you live in Michigan or know someone that lives in the area...please attend the dinner/ and ask those persons to attend....if you have even a $1 to donate and you can not attend please
contact Huntington Bank to make a donation....If you have nothing monetary to give...then please say a prayer...and i will say one for you if you need me to....if you are stripped of faith...then please at least post this in your LJ/ or MySpace.....if you do not have either and only read others....please email info about this to other people...if you do not have a computer....then please phone others...even one person will make a difference....and if you do not have a phone....then spread the word through word of mouth....you CAN make a difference in Stephanie's life, as well as her family's, please help in any way you can.
I will add that this topic hits home to me...for I have faced the fear of caring for a terminally ill child....and I can honestly say that all of help we recieved made a difference...whether it was prayer or money...and i cherished every single second that I had with him....and that is why it is so important for me to try to help....knowing that every moment is precious and to give back....thank you for whatever you can give....

Stephanie Shewell is a 10 year old student at Mark Twain Elementary. Stephanie is battling a Malignant Medullablastoma (brain cancer). We are asking for your support in raising money to help Stephanie with a new chemotherapy that she is undergoing along with any other expenses that may occur during this process for her and her family. Stephanie was diagnosed with cancer two years ago and went through a rough time with her chemotherapy and radiation. She has battled like a little trooper and went into remission for 9 months. On her 9 month check up a CT scan revealed that Stephanie's tumors were back and rapidly growing. She is now trying a new chemotherapy to slow the growths down and help Stephanie lead a somewhat normal life. With your help and the support of the community we know that we can do this for Stephanie and her family. We are asking for your help with a donation to STEPHANIE SHEWELL at any Huntington Bank, or by attending her Benefit Spaghetti Dinner.
