Who is this Michelle anyway?
Well, I've probably been around fandom for longer than is strictly healthy. I started out with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, followed it up with Angel the Series (a logical choice). From there I proceeded to Lord of the Rings and LotRPS. When I'm not reading, writing or maintaining communities for those fandoms, I take little peaks at stuff like Blood Ties, Supernatural, Merlin or Moonlight.
I'm not active in fandom, at least not at the moment. If you want to get a hold of me, please comment here or leave feedback on one of my stories over at AO3.
Is there fic? WHERE is the fic?
Yes, there is fic. As to the where: All my fiction can be found in my
AO3 profile. At the moment, this is the only place where you can read all of my stuff. I mainly wrote LOTR gen and slash and dabbled quite a bit in LOTRPS also. Main pairing is always Aragorn/Legolas and Viggo/Orlando. I like my fiction angsty and dark, but usually without character death. I love my ranger strong and my elf stronger. Wimpy Legolas is nothing you will find in my stories. Apart from my main fandom love, I've also dabbled here and there or have written crossovers. And if it has vampires, I can always be persuaded to play, as evidenced by my short forays into Blood Ties and Shadowhunters.
Do you have a fic list by year?
Of course, complete with fandom info, word count, rating and summary.
20062007200820092010 Can I archive your stories?
Please don't just take and archive. I am not amused when I find any of my texts somewhere on the web where I didn't put them myself. In short: Do not repost my work without my knowledge. That said, if you want to host one of my stories on your archive, please ask by commenting here. I won't bite (despite my addiction to vampires), and I will generally say yes to such requests - especially when I know you from somewhere.
Can I podfic your story? Remix it?
Fanworks about Fanworks: All my fanfiction is open to further transformationas, as long as it is non-profit and done by fans for fans.. This inlcudes, but is not limited to: podfic, remixes, commentary, sequels, the use of original characters, reviews, meta and of course quotes. Please credit the story in question, and frankly I would love to know about it (this is me, being curious). However, there is no need to ask in advance. And you don't have to be afraid to step on my toes.
I don't want to miss your fic! How do I get updates?
In the unlikely event that I post something new, it's probably best to subscribe to my profile over at AO3. It's very likely that I'd also post a notification on my Livejournal, but AO3 ist always the safest bet.
So long, everyone. See you around.
