Escape - Mirrordance
Estel is lost during a tour with the Rangers and Legolas later finds him, without his memories & happily relieved of all his noble burdens, making the elf hesitate to bring him back to who he was.
Aragorn loses his memory. That's always fun - I mean for the reader:) But where he ends up is rather comical. And again the story is in its core sad, because it uses the memory loss to raise some interesting questions for Legolas: Can he force Aragorn back into his destiny even if he's happy were he now? What weighs more? Personal happiness or responsibilites you take towards family and friends? Very interesting.
