Estel is injured while on a hunting expedition and Legolas keeps him company until help arrives from Rivendell.
To sum it up in one sentence: Estel falls down a cliff. What else is new:)
It's a clone between a little-Estel and a clumsy ranger story (he must be 19 or 20 at that point) and there even is a reference to the “You're late” / “You look terrible” part in TTT. Find out why Aragorn is so amused when Legolas tells him that in the movie! Heavy on the angst, so head over there all you h/c lovers!
