alrighty well we'll do it one step at a time then =) first you need to get a photobucket account ( if you don't have one already ;) which can be easily done at www.photobucket.com

Once you've gotten an account you need to upload every image in the folder for the set you downloaded.

Athe top of the page should be an add pictures area. What you will want to do to make the upload as quick as possible is click on the pull-down menu that says "submit multiple pictures" and select the highest number ( I believe it's 19 which allows you to upload 19 pictures at once.

19 rows will appear, all with a Browse button at the end. You'll click on the browse button and click on the first image in the mood set and click 'open' you'll continue to do this for every image down the line until you have filled the rows. you'll then click 'submit' and it will automatically upload the images.

You'll continue down the line uploading 19 images at a time until you've uploaded all of the images in your folder. (sorry if you knew all of this already but I'm never sure how much people know and I dont like to leave anyone hanging!)

Next step is going to be to copy the first part of the URL for where you uploaded your moods. For example, my moods are uploaded to my AladdinMoods folder in my photobucket account, the URL for that is: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/simplysmiling/AladdinMoods

What you're going to want to do is copy this portion of the URL, it is automatically listed below each image in your photobucket account along with the file name of the image, for example, the user picture for Worried has this URL listed under it:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/simplysmiling/AladdinMoods/worried.jpg

All you're going to want to copy is the BOLD portion of that URL, not the file name (/worried.jpg)

You're then going to open the word document file that you should have downloaded from the tutorial site (if not here is a link to that file: http://home.comcast.net/~jmayblum/basicmoodlist.doc ).Once you've opened that hit CTRL F on your keyboard. This will bring up a window that allows you to find certain things in your document. There should be a tab at the top of this area that says 'replace'. You'll click this tab and in the 'Find What:' area you'll type http://www.yourwebsite.com and in the 'Replace with:' area you'll put the address of the URL I told you to copy earlier. (i.e. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/simplysmiling/AladdinMoods ) You'll then click the "Replace All" button at the bottom of this area.

This automatically inputs the URL you'll need to access your new theme. SAVE THIS DOCUMENT SOMEWHERE YOU CAN FIND IT EASILY WHENEVER YOU UPDATE YOUR JOURNAL!! =)

Now, when you go to update your journal you will simply need to

1.) Decide what mood you are in
2.) Locate that mood on the list
3.) You will copy the ENTIRE code for that mood (i.e. [<*b>mood<*/b>| <*img src=" http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/simplysmiling/AladdinMoods/melancholy.jpg"*/> Melancholy ] (NOTE: there are *'s in this demonstration because if I didn't put them the code woudln't be visible to you and would be of no help what-so-ever)
4.) Once you have copied this mood code you will paste it in the top of your journal entry before typing your entry
5.) hit ENTER a few times and then begin typing your entry as-per-usual
If you've done it correctly it should look something like this:

[mood| Melancholy ]

Hello this is me typing a pretened entry!

---
And then you're done. Every time you update your journal you'll simply locate the mood you are in on the list, copy the code for it and paste it in your entry before writing =)
