It's been a good night. Just got back from the
Fox Theater after seeing
Kathy Griffin. First we had dinner at
Chimichanga with Tony
cubziz and Hunter. OK generic Mexican food. Better company. We then drove separately to the Fox, as none of us has a good vehicle to seat four comfortably.
First, Marlin got a tee shirt that says "Everyone can suck it" on the front. He also got
Jessica and
Tiffany from the show to autograph it. The show itself started with a montage of Kathy clips on a big screen, then the diva herself appeared on stage. She was wonderful. As typical, she did mostly topical humor with some local references. And of course, dish about
Britney,
Paula,
Oprah, and other celebs. We had a great time. I think she was on stage for over 90 minutes. I'm now curious to see how much makes it to the CD and the show, which we heard will be on for a fourth year this summer.
