Win!
I am just so full of win after our game tonight. Probably the highlight of my boring, unproductive monday.
We were playing for sixth place (woohoo!). We had the last game of the night, so the whole Centre was uber quiet. I cant believe how awkward it got at some points because it was so facking quiet! Not alot of us were yelling either (which is a flaw our team has). But we ended up winning 4-2!
The first goal they got on us should not have counted for I clearly had the ball in my hand. I apparantly didn't have a good enough grip cause she hit it out of my hands (while knocking me in the forehead in the process) and got the first goal. Meh. Second goal I could've saved, but my navel is too sensitive from getting it peirced last Wednesday (my timing could've been a little better :P). So I could've dove for it but the end result would've been brutal.
I had some amazing saves after that, so I redeemed myself and have now earned the title of the Flying Monkey from the Wizard of Oz. Thank you Ashley! :D
