Resurrecting My Journal
Hi-dee-ho All!!! I'm back. The following is a random update on my life, love, and so on.
Lovin' being married. Hubby is doing great (aside from his own back problems). We seem to be merging our lives and stuff successfully (Yea us!!!).
Work is good, not satisfying, but pleasant. This weekend I begin a trial new career with a prominent local caterer/chocolatier. All my prayers go to the hope that my shoulder and back hold up long enough to complete the job to my satisfaction. If the next few trails workout, I could become a partner in this business and finally be doing something I feel passionate about (let us all cross our fingers and say a prayer, please).
My back and shoulder are still a problem, although my new doctor gives me hope for future improvement (Yea, finally!!!). Rehab is puttering along with itsy-bitsy progress. I am now seriously considering a lawsuit, although it's still just in my thoughts stage.
My dearest sweetest Lucie-Goosie (aka "the dog") is a constant joy and comfort (except when she runs off to forage the neighbors for edibles). I have fantasies of our getting another dog, but I don't think Lawrence is on that same page yet. And until both our back are strong and healthy it would be unadvisable. Not to mention, I am grateful to be on the upside of all the peeing, poohing, and general destruction. I just keep dreaming of smushy-mushy waddly cuddly adorable puppy lovin'. Maybe it's my baby tick-tock clock confusing the issue.
Well back to more of the boring work, oh boy!!!
