GOOD FREAKING RIDDANCE.
I'm home!!!
I will be in the bay area from now until August 31st, at which point I leave for London (I have orientation in London before UCD starts). Henceforth, UCD will refer to University College Dublin, not University California Davis.
Not much to report, except that my ex-apartment STILL HAS NO POWER. Apparently, the person to whom I gave the money completely flaked out (what a surprise) and lied to me, because my money is gone but so is the power. I was told it would be on in three days. Guess not. I feel sorry for Sonia and Holly, because they've been pretty decent about this whole thing, but they'll work it out, I suppose. Also Emy, my subletter. Sucks for her to move into somewhere with no power. But you know, I 78888u (thank you, Daisy) I have no power to GET power at this point, and I don't even live there anymore so I don't care.
Work ended yesterday. I made way less than I thought I was going to make. Essentially, I only made $500 this summer, all three jobs. What the hell is that? I worked three jobs and made shit money? NOT FAIR. So I need to aquire $2600 by the end of this month. How the hell can I do that?
