Yay stolen internet
This is really fun, I tell ya.
First, I have no cable. This is not a big deal, but it's a little annoying because no cable means no Will and Grace or Simpsons and I feel so out of the loop.
Then, I have no money. I don't know how I got so out of control with money this year. Oh wait, yes I do. I gained 70 pounds, so I needed a new wardrobe. Ugh. I'm so freaking broke, and I just spent the $100 I put into my credit card debt so all the good has been un-done. I need some way to convert fat cells into $20 bills.
Then, I have no power. That's right, we STILL have no freaking power. I don't care though. I moved out today. The only thing left in that apartment that is mine is the shower curtain, which has gotten so moldy from people not closing it after they shower that I don't want it anyway. Bleck.
So now I have no home. I'm staying on Erika's couch for the next three weeks. It's fun, but I do miss having a real bed to sleep in. I also miss Katie and having a tall enough shower and everything.
And today... my car overheated big time. So now I have no car either. I'm broke and without cell phone charger, internet, TV, OR MY CAR. Hopefully my car will get out of the shop tomorrow but I'm thinking more like Monday. *sigh*
Seriously, WHAT did I do to deserve this? What kind of karmic retribution is this?
And where are all those checks my bosses promised me this week? I haven't seen a cent.
There's not even anywhere I can really go. Most of UCD closes around 8 during the summer, so I'm outside Shields because they have free internet and power. Yay for that. But the busses only come once an hour and not past 8... I hope my coworkers can give me a ride home.
I basically hate my life right now. But then again, that's not really new.
