April's here cleaning the house, and it looks so nice. I can't believe that with a full time job and a kid and husband, she's continuing to do this for me. I'm so luck to have April in my life, this terrific woman who takes such good care of my home. I love her to death.
And then there's Mary and her wonderful spirit and her great care for my mother. She's having a knee replaced the day after Christmas, and I'm wondering exactly how we'll get along without her for 3 months.
I wish Bethany was coming today too, because I really need massage, but I'll go to her house tomorrow night after the baby's in bed, which works out way better for her.
Started a pot of Neopolitan spaghetti with beautiful butterfly pork chops. Couldn't get any fresh black olives at Publix, so I did without. Actually, I like it better without the olives, but it's not truly Neopolitan. Maybe it's "my" Neopolitan.
So that's it. Gabe's gone out to watch the Eagles and then is going on to Dave's to watch the Steelers. I've got a game scheduled with Cameron at 4pm that should be very challenging. Mom's still sleeping, and I better go get her up, since it's 12:40pm.
The kids sent their Christmas lists, and we're all done with Patti. On to Cas. And then there's Gabe & Mom - - - ugh! It's so hard to know what to get for Gabe. Guess I'll call Northwest Divers and see if there's something he's been slavering over. Mom will be clothes, which she still needs. And I think I'll get her "All Things Must Pass," because she always liked that album very much and it would be a fitting tribute to George Harrison.
