Been a long time
It's been quite a while since I made any post here. I am not even certain why to be honest, not that anything has really been happening worth speaking about. As I have said many times in the past I am a boring person with a boring life. My big excitement lately was that I cooked a birthday dinner for my mom and brother. Her birthday is April 1st and his is March 31st. What they wanted was hot dogs, fried cabbage and macaroni and cheese... even when I am doing something like cooking a meal for a special occasion it is boring. I did make homemade mac and cheese for the first time ever and it was quite tasty, but that is the big excitement for me.
I am back in school once again, with only one class at the moment... Environmental Science. It looks as though it will be fairly boring but I need to take it for the degree. One of the bad things about a class like this is that there will not be much to talk to about on the discussion boards, and we have to make an average of 2 posts a day during the week to get all of our participation credits. Ah well.
