I Finally Did It
I've decided to be brave lol
For the past two semesters I have been the editor of my college's newspaper. I tried to get the guy who usually does our music reviews to write a review of Screamworks, but he refused (party pooper). However, I was determined I would get an article about HIM in that paper one way or another. lol (It could only help to get people interested in HIM and the band's name out there, right?) Well, since the other guy wouldn't do a review of the new album, I did a review of their concert in St. Louis and put it in the paper. It has also been placed on our online edition. I figured that I would be brave and post a link to it here since I was so psyched to write it (and, by hell, I did manage to get HIM in that newspaper! roflmao) I know, I know... lol I have such high goals that it was my main goal for two whole semesters. I just had to wait for a right time to do it.
I know the concert is old news, but the main reasons I am posting it here are: 1.) It's an article about HIM and you are HIM fans, so I figured you might like to read it 2.) I have no way of knowing if anyone at the college actually read it, but it's a shame to write something and have no one ever bother to read it, 3.) I'm not artistic in the sense that I can create beautiful drawings and paintings of members of HIM, so writing about them is as close to art as I can get, 4.) The instructor in charge of the newspaper has the online blog so hidden that I doubt any of the students could ever find it to read it there (so it will fade into oblivion).
