Greetings sweethearts :) This is my first entry on both Valo Daily and Livejournal, so I'm sorry for any mistakes I'm doing. I just have a few things to say, and a question for you all. Thanks!
Hi there, beautiful, crazy people. I want to tell you so many things, but I don't know where to find the words for it. But well, I'll try..
1) Thank you, to all of the amazing people here at Valo Daily, at the Heartagram Boards, and at all the local street teams and forums. Thank you to all fans who are spreading the word about HIM. Thank you for scanning images, uploading live clips and interviews and sharing experiences. Thank you for being a part of this huge community of HIM fans from all over the world. Thank you for making me realise there's so many out there who's as crazy about this band as I am. Thank you for being so devoted and such amazing fans!
2) Thank you, HIM and Ville Hermanni Valo. Thank you for making the best and most honest music I've ever heard. Thank you for giving me the best days of my life. Thank you for making me meet all these amazing people, and thank you for giving me hope. Thank you for making me believe in myself, and thank you for giving me confidence to be whoever I want to be. It sounds so stupid, but you've given me so much, that I really don't have words that are good enough.
3) A few weeks ago, I was really unsure about a lot of things. I had no idea what to do with my life, I was reconsidering all my tattoo ideas, and I really didn't believe much in myself. Last sunday I saw HIM for the second time at the Valentine's Day gig, and it really changed my way of seeing a lot of things. I have so much more confidence now, and I realised how short life is. Do what you want to do with it, and don't give a damn about what other people think. Because really, most people are stupid and ignorant anyway.. And this goes out to all of you, beautiful friends.. Do whatever makes you happy, the ones who don't approve your choices is never worth your time anyway. Love HIM, love life and love yourself. :)
Also, here's an amazing video made by the magnificient Marius/Gnar from HIM Norway. Take a look at the poster he made, as a part of the huge promotion campaign we had in Norway. It's really impressive! You shold also check out the videos from the Valentine Gig, you can find all of them here.
