23mins left of my birthday
i am old today. i don't feel it, which i suppose is good. but i guess i am also "growing up" in a sense because i didn't dwell on it at all this year. i didn't overthink it, like i'm prone to do and so i wasn't at all disappointed. i started my day by making myself carrot cake pancakes. worked a bit, then eric made my day by taking me to dave & buster's. i've never been. i had a yum dinner, drink and dessert then we went to play! i love skee-ball! got myself a lil' hello kitty trinket [i collect a few sanrio things] and a slinky for puppy. at first he was afraid to play with it, but now it's on the floor in tangles. i love my pup :]
i am supposed to celebrate my bday with my family tomorrow because i wasn't able to see them today, but i have no idea what we are doing! i would love to go bowling...
i am not looking forward to this week at all. but this weekend, this weekend will be insane.
friday = andrew wk, tom gabel, etc in austin
saturday = mega-huge warehouse party with andrew wk and a million other bands
sunday = warped tour where we have a tent to hand out a bunch of i heart u goodies. i'm not gonna lie, i designed some cute ass stuff. oh my!
and that is that.
