Got up early to register for classes for spring. I have to remember to go talk to the history office about my capstone class. Wrote my essay and time line and Charles wrote his. Went to school and parked in the Marriott center parking lot.
Classes were good. We talked about death in my 378 class. I have to say that I'm really glad that we believe in eternal families. I don't think I could handle it if my children died and I didn't know that I would still be able to raise them. It's quite the relief to know that one. And I'm glad we don't live in a society where it's required to go to all the funerals and that we don't have at least two a month to attend. In my history 200 class, we learned all about the special collections...everything that I already knew and a few things I didn't. It was good, but I was starving and did not want to be there.
Came home after classes and talked to Mom. She's going back to school to finish her degree. Talia made the children's chorus for the BLT production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Trevor's putting his papers in this week. Chelsea is going to come spend some time with me this summer...and go to EFY. While I was talking to Mom, the man came to look at our furnace. First thing he said: "I've never seen a Lennox this old!" His prognosis was just what we needed to hear: we need a new furnace and water heater. It was great. They're coming to figure out what to do to fix it on Friday. At least we don't have to pay for it.
Charles went to work and I did some homework and watched Alias. I cleaned the kitchen and made brownies. Now, I'm going to go make dinner and do some more homework. Hope everyone has a good day!
