Dracula and slumbers
This week has gone by quick, and has been pretty busy too. I slept pretty much all day monday to recover from Pinter and the parties. Dracula opened on Thursday and i ushered. It was pretty fun to usher since i was there with awesome people. On thursday i watched the show. Let me just get out the obvious note that Dan Grund was the best part of the show. he was really amazing. Overall i thought the acting was good, but the pace of the show needed work. so good job to all of the actors! After the show on Friday night Ashley and Brian slept over. we had fun. then in the morning we woke up and went to stop and shop. it was pouring and we had to stand out in the rain for like 1/2 hour waiting for the bus and my umbrella remains in Katie Donovans trunk. so that was a fun experience. Once we got to the store it was all worth it tho cuz we actually have food in our rooms now. Saturday night i didnt end up working dracula because Jamieson asked me to fill in for him at Gables. I was pretty nervous about it since i had never done it, but it was ok. I love how i am going to get paid...but i guess it was a bad day to be there. the tourguides were being bitchy and someone gave me false info which caused the actors to get pissed and it wasnt very fun being the one getting yelled at by everyone. oh well... who knows, if i ever do it again hopefully it wont be as bad. the money will be nice...i just kept remminding myself of that. i went back to the room after and met up with kevin, ash, and brian and they all slept over in my room. we stayed on the second floor with nicole and linds for a while too which was fun. we went down to gfl and made pizza! it was cool to make food... i miss my stove! no sunday show for dracula! spent most of the day in the darkroom with janet and brian. they are really good friends... i love them. thanks guys...good to know you are here for me and i can trust you with it all.
