My New Toy.
Good evening kiddies.
I am typing to you this evening from my own new MACBook. This is the first MAC that I've ever had that 1) wasn't refurbished, 2) wasn't acquired from work and 3) wasn't used by my husband first. Ergo, the Tax Refund came in.
I can't really call this a toy, it is going to be used in building and designing webpages, but right now I'm having fun playing with it. This one isn't even one of the higher ones. In fact I think it's one of the slower of the whole line of MACs, but it does EXACTLY what I need it to do and it does it at a speed that's acceptable. And the selling point (for those who know me this shouldn't be a surprise) it has an AWSOME sound card. This laptop beats ANY PC Laptop when it comes to sound. I've got a mobile recording studio now. [BIG GRIN]
Ok, that's enough singing the praises of MAC for tonight. I still have updates to load on this and information to transfer over. [Sigh] It's going to be a long night, but so much better afterward.
