Challenge 16: How do you handle confrontations? (131 Words)
The best way to handle any confrontation is to talk with the parties involved.
The problem is just most often that those parties can not stand each other. Or that this individual prefers to run away as soon as a critical situation arouses.
This last part seems to be a very favoured thing to do in my family.
But who am I to talk? Instead of going after Elros as soon as I knew that he was gone and would not come back of his own accord, I threaten others who did nothing wrong, besides being in my surrounding, when he was not.
So let us say, that I am great to give out advice or negotiate in confrontations that involve others, but have still some problems with my own confrontations
