Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
Just last week my friends were talking about a DC universe, where things are different: in Gotham City all those years ago Bruce died, not his parents - and due to that his father a drunk, gun-using Batman and his mother the psychopath Joker.
Then today I randomly checked the channels and found this cartoon from DC Comics called The Flashpoint Paradox running on HBO. The main is, as the title says Flash, who wakes up one day to having his powers gone, mother alive, wife married to someone else. And these are just the minor changes.
The Justice League does not exist, Gotham City is like written above, Jordan dies before he gets the possibility of becoming Green Lantern, Superman was tortured as a human experiment by the government, Aquaman and Wonder Woman took most of Europe and Great Britain and are now at war against each other, after an attempted alliance between them led to an affair between them, and the Wonder Woman murdering Aquaman's wife Mera after a confrontation.
Usually I'm not one for DC - I like Marvel way better - but this was exiting from beginning to end. *Applause*
