The Queen of Office is a remake of my favourite jdrama: Haken no Hinkaku.
Haken's are contractors, who even though balance economy out, have a hard time: only young ones are accepted, with high skills, for lower payment, and even the employees give them problems.
The drama is about a special Haken who even though is in her thirties gets one job after another with high payment due to her unreasonable high quantity of qualifications, and quality at work. She goes by simple rules: contract is only set for 3 months, after which she leaves the country, lunch break & leaving time is fix, and she only accepts orders from her direct boss, or higher.
In the jdrama Oizumi Yo played an awesome character, Shouji Takeshi of an employee who is totally against contractors at work, but begins to see reason when he interacts with the main, Omae Haruko (Shinohara Ryoko). Sometimes I even thought of this pairing as an adult version of Hana yori Dango. ^^
In the Korean re-make - some side characters by side - I don't know any actors, and don't think they can go further with the characters either, but I love to watch a more detailed version, as the episodes are 60, not 45 minutes long, and there are 16 episodes to watch.
