Bullying, handling of handicapped, sick people, problems of the soul, family backgrounds, this anime has it all. I've got the recommendation from
joyousmenma93.
As I could not find much information from it, at first I thought this will be about a handicapped person. But while the main, Asuka looses her voice for a while, it's due to the coldness of her own mother against her, and the lines "it would be better if I wouldn't have given birth to you!".
It's probably due to the fact, that I saw many animes, that many different ones come to my mind. But the first is Kodocha. That story is awesome, and shows problems in a way easy to understand. Like, the strugles of one, knowing that she is adopted. Hearing that you are a devil's kid. Strugling to be taken serious in the society of adults... etc.
There is one line at the end of the anime, where the class confronts the teachers, and Sana says "... so get a rip Adults! Because we children can not choose Adults."
I thought of this line right away, when I saw in Happy Birthday how the teacher and basically all adults handled the fact that there is bullying in the school. So typical.
I'm not sure how people on my f-list lived school, but as for me, I'm sure there was not one who would actually care about these kind of issues. Sure, in Hungary, when I was in school the suicides from bullying wasn't as high as in Japan, but suicide is not the only thing that can happen to a victim. And they might take wounds for life. Just because there was not a single person, who asked how you are.
Agh, now I'm getting frustrated about the system. Better to stop.
