2010 detective dramas: Keibuho Yabe Kenzo & Shinzamono & Zettai Reido
This spring is an interesting detective drama season, for sure. First there is
Keibuho Yabe Kenzo
which is actually a side story of detective Yabe Kenzo (Namase Katsuhisa), the funny wig-guy from the famous Trick jdrama. Even only after 10 minutes into the drama I can't stop laughing.
1st: he catches the bad guy with a rope, that he bills for the police to pay
2nd: he opens a case, finds a bomb, and even though the bad guy says not to, he pushes the red button... twice, which actually makes the count down more quick.. and then he is the first to run away XD
3rd: this time he has a superior with a wig!
4th: this chat between him and the police commander, as some bomb warning come to the police from a group.
PC: We only know that their leader is Red Wolf.
Yabe: Red Wolf?
PC: You know what that means?
Yabe *proud*: Akai Okami!
...

Shinzamono
Kaga Kyoichiro (Abe Hiroshi) detective is assigned to solve the case of a murdered women.
A few notes to this:
- Was surprised that in the 1st part the case isn't solved, only one suspect got clear
- Aoyama Ami (Koruko Meisa) is some reporter, and Kaga is a sempai of her from university
- Mukai Osamu plays the son of the victim - though haven't seen much from him yet
- Ishiguro Hideo has a role too
- This is more like a 'The Mentalist' kind of drama, plot depending on how good Kaga can read humans, and their emotion
- Liked the 'lie is a shadow of the truth' saying
It seems to me like Abe Hiroshi and Namase Katsuhisa are in some kind of competition of whose detective drama is more popular. Or am I reading to much into this, cause they were together in Trick?
Zettai Reido
Sakuragi Izumi (Ueto Aya) is a rookie sergeant at the Police Investigation Office, that was only set up a few months ago. Their job is to use the newest methods in cold cases, and where missing persons are involved.
- As it sounds, a bit like CSI
- Miyasako Hiroyuki plays in it! Yeeey! :) I like this guy since Damens Walker, love his adorable face to pieces!!!
- Ayana Komatsu (aka. Sailor Venus) is one of the victims in the 1st part
