Long time, no see, right? I just went back through 5 pages worth of friends entries, and I'm still not caught up. Was there anything any of you needed me to see?
Look what my Slytherin housemates gave me!
Hooray! I probably don't actually deserve it, but I love it.
So, the new job is going pretty well. I'm nearly done with my training, and I think I'll eventually get pretty good at it. My supervisor has already recognized the fact that I want to get out on my own quickly, and he likes that.
I'm trying to figure out a Halloween costume. Do any of you have a Hogwarts necktie I could borrow? I'd prefer Slytherin, obviously, but I'd be happy with any of them. If I could borrow a tie, then I'd just have to find a white shirt and a pleated skirt. That should be too hard, should it?
Other Halloween possibilities: flight attendant (I have the stuff for that), 80's or 90's prom girl (I feel quite sure I can find a hideous gown at Salvation Army), or librarian (I guess I could carry around a bunch of books and wear my hair in a bun with a pencil behind my ear?).
