help! i need advice on digital cameras and scanners...!
so, my digital camera of almost 4 years broke about a month ago, and i seriously need to buy a new one...and of course, i am not technically inclined (but i know many of you out there are).
i don't need anything super fancy or technical (the less frills, the better). just a basic digital camera...my broken camera is a nikon coolpix 2100, and i really liked it. so anything similar to that would be good...i am looking to spend $200-250 (less would be preferable, if possible). and i might want something that uses the same media the coolpix used...a sandisk compact flash card.
i am also contemplating getting a scanner. again, nothing fancy...something very basic, but scans stuff well....and is cheap.
also, any suggestions on where to make said purchase(s)? i was thinking of going to best buy, but i know prices there can be really inflated. i know amazon.com can be super cheap. any other places y'all might suggest?
