I wanna go to the USA
In this month's Vegan Voice the fabulous chick who runs vegano went to the USA. I am living on pure food lust and envy after reading her article. Millenium restaurant in SF makes vegan strawberry shortcake - with white chocolate mousse! A whole 5 star restaurant dedicated to simply divine vegan cuisine. I can't believe that there are whole grocery stores that are veg*n, there is even a dedicated VEGAN grocery store called Food Fight. An tofutti cuties...bastards all you for having them while we suffer! Oh how I would send you crates and crates of tim tams for one lowly box of those delicious morsels. Hawaii has a vegan restuarant that sounds wonderful, they serve everything with edible flowers :).
Oh wow, I just found out that Millenium Restaurant sell their own cookbook. http://www.millenniumrestaurant.com/ I know what I am getting myself as an end of exams present :)
Meanwhile in Australia it's hard enough to even get vegan cheese...
