Dear all,
Just a quick hello and thank you to everyone who made my trip to America so fun and memorable!
The kind people at my office seem to have saved up all the filing for the past 3 weeks - so I've been working hard clearing e-mail and paperwork back log.
I want to take a history A-level, but am finding it a rather depressing process. There are some wonderful courses, but many aren't geared for mature students in timing or accessibility. I wish I had known this when I was 16 and choosing my A-levels the first time around.
I could go straight into a degree scheme or even an MA, but I know they will assume everyone there has A-level history already and I will be always trying to catch up on assumed knowledge.
In addition I have an interview on Thursday which I am feeling pessimistic about.
