(no subject)
I feel like I'm slowly being driven insane by lack of restful sleep. Either I can't sleep or I pass out and don't actually rest cos all I do is have nightmares.
They're generally not very coherent but the parts that are seem disturbing.
I just woke up from a nice little Lovecraftian dream where I was part of the family in The Shadow Over Innsmouth and, just like with the lead character in the latest reworking of that story, everywhere I go people are staring at me like they're waiting for something to happen.
And all I want to do is get out of that weird town and go home but something won't let me.
I almost feel like these days every time I close my eyes the Esoteric Order of Dagon is just waiting for me.
It's like I'm constantly stuck in a dream cycle of sanity-sapping cartoons brought to me by the Miskatonic Mouse Club...
