Mom's Heavenly Hash Cake (Does Not Contain Hashish! LOL)

Cake Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 stick margarine
2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 & 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp Vanilla
2 cups chopped Pecans
1 Pint jar of Marshmallow Creme

Cooking:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the margarine, sugar and cocoa together.

Beat the eggs and add to the above mixture.

Add flour and mix well.

Add vanilla and pecans.

Pour entire mixture into a greased and floured 10X14 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When baking is done, spread the entire jar of marshmallow creme over the top while the cake is still warm from the oven.

Icing Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 small can of Pet Milk (sweet cream basically)
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla

Cooking:

Heat margarine and milk and pour over cocoa and sugar.

Add vanilla and beat thoroughly with either a whisk or using a mixer.

Once the Icing is finished, simply pour it over the Marshmallow Creme on top of the cake and let stand 15-20 minutes before cutting.
