Cherry O' Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

1 9in pie crust (we always used store-bought)
1 8oz package Cream Cheese
1 & 1/3 cup (15oz can) Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 can Cherry Pie Filling

"Cooking":

Let cream cheese sit at room temperature until soft then beat until fluffy.

Add Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice and vanilla while stirring until thoroughly mixed.

Pour this mixture into the pie crust and let chill in refrigerator until it is firm enough to cut into slices.

Once pie is finished chilling, spread cherry pie filling over the top evenly.
