Five Question Meme: Third Time's the Charm

1. What kind of music do you like?
An odd mishmash. ;)) I really like Celtic and some folk, and soundtracks are good. There’s also some oldies and country and rock/pop (…I’m never sure what it is) and there’s the sort of ethereal/pretty stuff that I’m never sure how to define.
2. What is something that you would really like to do and haven't done yet?
Go to some sort of Con, make an outfit, actually be able to finish a reading list, and while we’re being far-fetched, write the sort of story I’d actually like to read. ;))
3. Does your family celebrate any unusual holidays/have a special holiday tradition?
Nope. ;)) They did celebrate Swedish Midsummer one year, but I was gone and so missed it. :P
4. What is your favorite word?
There’re a lot of good ones, but for both sound and meaning, the first one that comes to mind is propitiation.
5. Do you prefer books that have comfortable, fitting, endings or books that take a sudden left turn somewhere and leave you wondering what happened?
By and large, the former. I don’t dislike twist endings as long as they make sense and fit, but they’re kind of hard to pull off.
In other news, my elder sister and I managed to watch most of LotR over spring break. I can't believe how long it's been since we've seen them and yet how many lines we still manage to say before the characters. ;)) It's been so much fun.
