Floating...
I discovered today that I really miss my music.
Not listening to it. Making it.
I miss my flute, and being able to play, and write.
All I write now are lyrics to songs I can't sing.
But I could write music, and I could play it, and it was good.
Without anything to write music for, it's kind of pointless.
I haven't even held a flute since the 8th grade.
I don't think I ever really realized how much my music meant to me.
Once I quit band, my parents didn't think I would keep practicing, so they took it away.
I was good. I was a fast learner, and I could play the songs.
This isn't even mentioning all of the instruments I want to learn to play.
Can anyone teach me how to play the guitar?
