(no subject)
i've been so busy lately that i haven't had time to update very regularly. well, here goes-
this past weekend i went home to m.i. and stayed w/my parents while brian took a trip to georgia w/nate's band. while i was there i filled out my grad school application and whooped dad's butt at mariokart.
sunday night brian and i went out w/nate and his wife lauren to the wine room. wow. i never realized how redneck i am about alcohol. so aparently an ounce of wine should last you...oh say- 30 minutes. mine, like 10 seconds, which prompts nate to comment "drunken like a true sorority girl". excuse me for not being a wine connoseuir. i had also decided that i was most definately not buying this stuff. i really am not a fan of wine so why pay for it? brian said i needed to at least try some different types, and i was fine with that so long as they were free. that's when i told them that i would get some guy in there to give me free drinks. no one believed me! next thing you know, i had gotten like 15 bucks in free samples of wines. oh the power of cute ignorance.
this week kicked off rush. we had our two info nights this week.
also, my online class is insane. vanessa was helping me w/it yesterday. i nearly pulled my hair out.
