So, I voted yesterday. Afterwards, I had to pick my nephew up from school, and he & I had a conversation about democracy and the importance of voting. I liked the post! Maybe your nephew will be more compelled when it's something he is able to participate in. I have to tell you, I am GEEKING OUT about the whole thing. This will be the first presidential election I've even been able to vote in!

I was going to suggest you wait, because it's your first time. It's very unlike losing your virginity, but it's still special. You have to do the whole waiting in line thing. You'll be all excited, other people will be all bored, it'll be great!

Haha! I can just see myself all excited, "OMG you guys, this is the coolest! WOOO!" and bored people around me giving the security guard that knowing "keep an eye out, I think this one's on crack" look.
