[out and about]
For being relatively unemployed still, it was a busy last few days. My parents were in town most of the week for my dad's yearly meeting, so Rick and I met up with them Thursday evening after hanging out at the beach for a bit, then again on Friday. They seem to like him, and of course I can't argue with two free dinners.
Today I've been rather lazy - my first overhire gig here is from 10:30pm - 6:30am tonight, so I slept in and lounged about today since I'll be up late. Hopefully, the gig goes well and I'll have some more work in line shortly. In the meantime, I'll still be in town from the 2nd - 7th. Hopefully I'll see a lot of you then.
Don't really have any specific plans for this week yet...though as usual, they'll probably involve the beach at some point. Yay, beach!
