mixed tape in my head
So I went to the New England Aquarium on Saturday. It was nice, but it has nothing on a Killer Whale jumping through a hoop (but the animal rights activist inside me didn't feel so guilty at the New England Aquarium) It was educational I guess. We also went to Quincy market, which is a cool place, with street performers, food, little shops etc...
I also looked for an apartment diligently over the weekend. Saw a couple of places that were cool, but too far, or not so cool and closer, or too pricey etc... It really made me miss my kick ass roommates, a lot y mom is getting used to me always following up most comments with Suzy, or Jennifer, or Reneeho...likes that, thinks that too, saw that movie, has a shirt like that... Because we went to look at an apartment to look at a room they had for rent, and one of the girls who lived there was vegetarian, and my mom was like oh, your old roommates were vegetarian. And another one where one of the girls spoke spanish, but she learned it in school, she said, thats like your friend Suzie. So far nothing, but I'm looking at a really promising one tomorrow. Two girls live there now, they are hispanics, and work for liberal hippie-type things... could I ask for more? and the rent is pretty cheap $390 and its only 5mi. from school. I don't want to get my hopes up, but please please pray to the babies Krishna, and Jesus for this to be as good as it sounds and work out great.
The guy doing internship here is studying for the LSAT, and I spoke to Suzie this morning, and that also made me kind of sad, because it made me think of suffering through the LSAT prep with Suz, and making up great LSAT questions like: There are 6 porn stars on an island, only one boat to get them off the island and only two porn stars fit in each boat. Porn star Kitty can't ride with porn star Suki, and porn star Ivana must ride with porn star Schlong... how many monkey can they put in each shot of the movie?
I think you had to be there.
Anywho talking to Suz was great (I miss you sooo much) Morocco (sp?) sounds amazing! I also talked to Reneeho which was also sweet, and I'll talk to her more tonight.
I must remember to leave random message for Deese.
And basically, a whole lot of not that much.
