I just had the best time (sans my fella). I went to a practice party at the dance studio I've been taking lessons at and Oh. My. God. Have I mentioned I love dancing? I love dancing. I've been trying to make a resolution to quit dancing so I can get back into step fit but I can tell right now it just isn't going to work.
I can't even describe how sexy one feels dancing with a guy who knows how to lead (even if he's clearly gay. ESPECIALLY if he's clearly gay).* I can't give that up.
Plus, since I people at the dance studio don't really have any expectations of me, I rockabilly-styled my hair and did my best mildly punked out eye makeup. It's a look I think I should try out more often, 'cause I feel awesome.
...Okay, so I had some tequila. But still. Most of this is a dance-high.
Tomorrow I'm checking out the Green Living Show at Exhibition. Should be good. Unfortunately, I won't be there in time to hear Bill Clinton speak. But hopefully I'll get some free organic treats.
Must sleep now. Early morning taxes to be done.
