I'm in a very pleasant room with a patio,
I have a syringe pump giving me painkillers and they give me extra injections when I plan to be active.
Moving my left leg is still sharply painful but I can get to the bathroom and back now without screaming and the pain dies down more quickly once I am keeping still. They are gradually upping my dose of painkillers.
It's a glorious sunny day here, and those of you in the Telford area might like to call in at the Severn Hospice for their Christmas Fayre, some very pretty handicrafts on sale, including one of my paintings.
