I'm enjoying the frosty sunshine and trying to ignore the headless chickens running round saying "Its gonna snow!"
Journalists in London don't see snow often so it has an intoxicating effect on their brains.
Here in Shropshire we're more phlegmatic, yes it doesn't usually snow before January and when it does we get maybe an inch that melts the next day. A couple of pretty photographs in the local paper, done, dusted.
Down London way though, they treat the national dailies like their local papers, which is a touch irritating to the rest of us. Hey we are in the same country too!
A fellow tweeter who is based in Canada said she was glad to have only a meter of snow, a meter, so get a grip you London media types, its a few flakes of snow, not the sky falling on your heads.
I have been asked by Severn Hospice to write a blog about my experiences with cancer.
In the new year the blog will be set up properly with comments and everything but in the meantime you can read the first few articles
http://bit.ly/4qWJVV You can use the feedback button if you would like to comment, comments won't appear on the site yet, but will be passed on to me, (there will be normal commenting as soon as the blog is coded into the site properly)
